Greek fonts for Mac

I don't have access to the archives, or I would look this up. A
friend of mine has inquired about the availability of a free Greek
font for the Mac, including all diacriticals (text critical symbols
not necessary), suitable for publishing work.

If anyone has a stock response to this question, I would appreciate
receiving it; off-list might be best.
