Peter and those who are having my messages come in way too wide,

Below is the response I've gotten from Microsoft Technical Support
regarding the problem that Peter originally reported and which you others
have reported that I am experiencing as well. I've changed the setting on
my computer and I'd like to know how this message turns out when you
receive it on your machines. I don't know what the instruction about UUN
Code means, so I'm ignoring it for now. I am using the version of Exchange
that comes with Windows 95.

Hi Eric,

I am assuming you are runnig/having problems with the Exchange version
included
with Windows 95. If this is not the case, please let me know which version
you
are using.

The issue you have described is happening because of either your ISP or the
receipiant's ISP not using/understanding MIME (postoffice). The only thing
you
can do with Windows 95 version of Exchange, is turn off MIME. If you do
this,
you may experience other issues since you are limiting your mail program.

To turn off MIME, with Exchange running, go to Tools, Services and with
Internet Mial highlighted, select the Properties button. Next select the
Message Format button and this is where you would remove MIME. You will
then
need to choose which UUN Codeyou prefer to use for your messages. If you
need
more information concerning these steps, please refer to:
