I agree with you the TWN ESTHKOTWN modifies TINES and that it is a partitive
genitive.

I have one observation on your structure, if I understand it properly. Last
time I tried this, my structure was scrambled in route, so I can only hope
that it makes sense.

hOITINES. . . GEUSWNTAI QANATOU also modifies TINES--the phrase as well as
the substantival participle amplifies the pronoun . My diagram is:
EISIN TINES
\hWDE \TWN ESTHKOTWN
\hOITINES OU MH GEUSWNTAI QANATOU

It may be that this was your orignial structure, but the spacing could have
been thrown out of whack.
