Your procedure, as you describe it, is quite good, and will reveal most of
the data one needs to make judgments. It will not reveal everything, but
most will be covered. As fr order, it would be best to follow a course of
marking which would reveal various kinds of data in groups, hence going
from 1 straight through is not best.
I'll try to put in the mail tomorrow a copy of what I pass out to my
students. Since few do all this work, probably few others would want the
scheme. (I marked every word in a synopsis three separate times,testing
major new proposals!--but it is time-consuming.)

2. Use dash lines (_ _ _ _ _) where words are same but in different form.

4. Then get different color, and do same with Mark/Luke.
5. Then with another color, do the minor agreements.
My biggest question is what pericope order to go in. I'm using Aland's
Synopsis Quattuor Evangeliorum. My plan now is to work my way straight
through markan order. Any suggestions for someone begginning this endeavor?
