Timo Flink here:

As I was reading Matthew, I became to wonder could it be okay to
translate Matt. 10:28 as follows:

KAI MH FOBEISQE APO TWN APOKTENNONTWN TO SWMA THN DE
YUXHN MH DUNAMENWN APOKTEINAI. FOBEISQE DE MALLON TON
DUNAMENON KAI YUXHN KAI SWMA APOLESAI EN GEENNA

"Stop fearing those who slay the body but are unable to kill the breath of
life, but rather keep on fearing Him who is able to destroy both body and
breath of life in hell." (or "in the Hinnom valley")

Note: Yes, I know. This opens up a huge theological controvercy about
do we have "an innate immortality" or not (the view I personally held) and
so on, so please, just tell me is it possible to translate the verse like I
did?-)
