Looking for Interlinear NT

I'm looking for an Interlinear New Testament published in 1975
by the Iverson-Norman Association in New York.  I've heard rumour
that it's out of print.  Can anyone confirm or deny this, and in either
case, can you tell me how I might go about procuring a copy.  I don't
have a working knowledge of greek yet, so the interlinear is where I'm
hoping to start.

Let me know if you know of anything that might help, please.

It includes the KJV, NIV, Greek text, and a literal interlinear
translation.
