	Have you considered Stephen Neill and Tom Wright, The Interpretation of the
	New Testament 1861-1986, New Edition (Oxford University Press, 1988)?  Tom
	Wright expanded Neill's work which originally ended in 1961.  There is some
	discussion of the New Quest in the additions by Wright.
	You could, of course, assign James M. Robinson, A New Quest of the Historical
	Jesus (Missoula, Montana:  Scholars Press, 1979) if it is still available.
	There is also an interesting discussion in E. P. Sanders and Margaret Davies, Studying the Synoptic Gospels (London:  SCM/Philadelphia:  Trinity, 1989) cf. Sanders, Jesus and Judaism (Philadelphia:  Fortress, 1985).  I haven't checked
	to see, but I would suspect you might find an article related to your subject
	in the new Anchor Bible Dictionary, 6 vols.(New York:  Doubleday, 1992).  The lastest history of New Testament research is by William Baird, History of New Testament Research (Minneapolis:  Fortress, 1992).  Unfortunately, only volume 1, 
	>From Deism to Tuebingen, is currently available.  Watch for volume 2.  It will
	surely cover your interests when it is published.  If I ever saw an estimated
	publication date, I do not remember it off hand.
