Negative Rom 7:15

I tend to agree with Dwight becuase of all'. All' is introducing contrast
from the first statement. ou gar ho thelw touto prassw -- For I do not that
which I want, but I do that which I hate. Seems to make more sense. I thought
relative clauses were "relatively" self contained -- the only thing that
affects them is the anticedent to the pronoun. Carl's translation (at least
for me) presents problems for understanding the second half of the verse.
Carl, Please respond. You may be right, but please explain how the first
half of the verse and the second half following the all' should be
understood.
