I use Logos and find it to be the most comprehensive program imaginable. What
I particularly like is that I can keep adding to it. I am convinced that it
has the best tools available for the study of God's Word. I've tried the
others; Logos is setting a new standard.

Well, while we'll on the subject of Bible software....
Logos Research Systems offers a special Greek Scholars Pack for about
$99. It includes the Nestle-Aland text with lemmas, morphology, and
glosses, lexica (BAG, LSJ intermediate), and some English versions. I
don't have the details of all the exact contents, but the idea is that it
is a focused set of Greek-related tools -- so that you don't have to buy
the whole Logos Level 3 CD to get just these. You also have the option
of unlocking other titles from the CD at any time (with a phone call and
credit card) -- the whole Logos Library is still available from the same
CD.
It runs under Win95, though it is at present still a 16-bit program. It
also runs under Win3.1 of course. For more info, you can reach me at:

I am not a Windows 95 user, so I can't answer that question, but I would
add
another suggestion: If the primary need is to print out and study the
Greek
text (rather than a need for an extensive collection of English Bibles
and
reference aids) you friend shuold look into the Gramcord edition of White
Harvest's Bible Companion Series. It would be considerably less
expensive.
Actually, the full Teacher's version of the Bible Companion Series, which
would include lots of English Bibles and reference aids, would be about
$150
less than BibleWorks.
