Dear B-Greekers,
I have been working on the Japanese translation of S.E. Porter's *Idioms of
the Gk NT*. I am wondering how people on this list have reacted to this
trend(?) among Gk scholars to emphasise verbal aspect rather than the
tradtional Gk verb tense, ot Aktionsart. Certainly there are disagreements
even among those who argue for verbal aspect. Say, Porter, B.M. Fanning and
K.L.McKay.
