Like the last two syllables of the word in front of it. If the word in
front of it has an acute on the antepenult or a circumflex on the penult,
add an acute on the ultima, hence A/NQRWPO/S ESTIN or DW=RO/N ESTIN. But
QEO/S ESTIN.
