I did a quick search with Accordance and this seems to be a correct statement.

Had not used my lexical tools lately so I took a quick tour of seven or eight
of them (TDNT, EDNT, Spicq, Cunliffe, Cremer and Thayer) and found the
following in LSJ p1082.
M. PERI TINOS is found in Plato's Apologia 21a
MEMARTURHTAI TI PERI TINOS is found in ANTIPHO 6:16
The second of these is probably not what you are looking for but the Plato
reference is similar to John 5:32b, and IJohn 5:10. There were also two
tempting looking examples in Moulton and Milligan p389 but they were not
really parallels.
