Yes, it means the same, but the more common word order is the one found in
John 1:1b, with the predicate noun first. This tends to be more natural,
since the new information that is predicated is what the sentence normally
emphasizes.

Hmmmm...I think that it does imply a somewhat greater emphasis on QEOS than
on hO LOGOS, but this is also the most common word order for predicate
nouns, so I wouldn't want to read too much into it.
