It is good to consider the use of EGW EIMI with an expressed predicate, but I
think when you analyze the predicateless uses a more consistent meaning
emerges.
Still, your point is valid: Since the expression is used with a number of
predicates, it is wise to carefully consider the context, in order to
determine what predicate, if any, we should supply in the predicateless
instances.
