Greekers, Denny Diehl here

I have Metzger's The Text Of The New Testament wherein
he devotes a chapter to The Origin and Dominance Of The
Textus Receptus. Also, I have Harold Greenlee's Introduction
To New Testament Textual Criticism which has a short section
on the TR. However, I'm looking for something a little more
detailed than Metzger's work (quite good itself, btw). Does
anyone know of a study devoted just to Erasmus and the
development of his Greek Text?

Again, thank you for all the suggestions.
