I have just recieved some rave reviews off list on F.F. Bruce on Galatians in
the New Intr. Greek Testament Comm. (NIGTC) from Eerdmans. This whole set is
avalable at %50 off of list from Westminster Seminary:

http://www.wts.edu/bookstore/site.html

Also Moises Silva:

Explorations in Exegetical Method: Galatians As a Test Case

by Moises Silva
Type:Hardcover
 Number of Pages: 272
Vendor:Baker/revell
Retail price: $22.99

There is also:

Galatians, Word Biblical Commentary
Richard Longenecker
Retail 29.99

I have not used Longenecker on Galatians but I have read other works buy him
which were well done.

The current works can all be obtained form Westminster. See link above.

Older works include J.B. Lightfoot, and H.A.W. Meyer. Meyer usually is only
available as a set. I don't remember who did Galatians for the ICC and cannot
find it.

I suspect this is more of an answer than what you were looking for.
