Kittels (Vol III, p. 855) refers to the following quote by Epictetus, in a
discussion of APOKOPTW:

KAI hOI APOKOPTOMENOI TAS GE PROQUMIAS TAS TWN ANDRWN APOKOYASQAI OU
DUNANTAI

Is it translated?

And the ones emasculating (themselves) willingly, those cut off from
(among) men have no power
