Dear David,
You will find that OU MH + Aorist Subjunctive is a strong prohibition
or emphatic denial. Two negatives reinforce each other, not cancel each
other out as in English. Compare French "Ne... pas", "Ne jamais", etc.;
or Russian "Nichyevo nye..." etc.
