Steve MAnnix asked about ways of learning about Textual Critisicm. Perhaps
the best available tool on Hebrew Bible Textual Criticism, which obviously
contains much on the LXX, is Textual criticism of the Hebrew Bible, by
Emanuel Tov (Minneapolis, Minn.: Fortress Press; Assen/Maastricht: Van
Gorcum, 1992). It is full of all sorts of useful information.
