EIPAN OUN hOI IOUDAIOI, TESSERAKONTA KAI hEX ETESIN OIKODOMHQH hO NAOS
hOUTOS, KAI SU EN TRISIN hHMERAIS EGERSIS AUTON:

What type of aorist is OIKODOMHQH, and how should it be translated?

Moule says, "constative" _Idiom_ 11.

Brown says, "complexive...summing up the whole process of building which is
not yet completed." _John_ 1.116.

Should it be translated?

was built

has been built

has been in the process of being built

Thanks
