Polycarp,

"Fronting" is placing a clause constituent such as a noun or participle or
pronoun in front of the main verb. The whole notion of "fronting" is founded
on the assumption that the unmarked word order in NT Greek is verb initial,
that is the main verb will "normally" appear in front of its arguments. This
assumption can be and has been challenged.
