David,

Generally speaking the morphological databases which were compiled by using
a "morph" program of some sort cannot be relied on when a form is ambiguous
since the morph program is never able to deal with the context adequately.

The CATSS-morphed LXX when if first appeared was riddled with errors of this
sort but some of the vendors who have distributed this data as part of their
product (e.g., Gramcord) have done a lot of manual editing to correct the
most common errors. So the LXX that is now packaged with Gramcord and
Accordance is a lot cleaner (orders of magnitude cleaner) than the original
CATSS-morphed LXX. However, errors still crop up.

Note that not all of the software vendors have gone to the trouble to clean
up CATSS-morphed LXX so it depends on who's product you are using how many
errors you will encounter.

Dale Wheeler is the guru on this stuff.
