<x-flowed>The Word Biblical Comm. vol. on the Pastorals by Bill Mounce is now out.
It's a massive piece of work. The 130 pgs. of the intro is well done
(that's all that I've read carefully at this point--just got it this week).
Flipping through the commentary proper looks good, but I need to read it
before I comment. This vol., as many other good titles, had been delayed
repeatedly, so I'm glad it's finally here.
On the delayed side (again!) is BDAG--looks like Jim can quit rehearsing
for his rooftop solo! :)
I just talked to Eisenbrauns and U/Chg. Press is telling them it will now
be "September" instead of July 17. :( And they didn't specify a year
either. ;)
