[b-greek] perfect PROISTHMI...

In 1Tim 5:17, we see PROISTHMI in the perfect tense:

  OhI KALWS PROESTWTES PRESBUTEROI...

Why do most (all?) versions translate PROISTHMI in the present tense
here?
