I could add to Clay's bibliography an excellent study on linguistic
categorization (closely related also to lexical semantics) by Taylor. It
is not a theological or exegetical work, but pure linguistics. I would,
however, recommend this for serious exegetes.

Theory. Clarendon Press, Oxford, Copyright 1989, First issued in
paperback 1991.
