Still can't read your Greek NT without trips to the lexicon?

Well, it wouldn't surprise me if NATIVE ENGLISH people tried
to read their ENGLISH Bibles from "lid to lid" and had to make
a few trips to an ENGLISH dictionary.

What is a:

palanquin
darics
algum
flitting
What's a "beryl" again?
brambles
distaff
pestle
parbar
impudent
calamus
mallow
profligate
mirth
mandrakes
bittern
rogues

To name a few.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Mark Wilson
