Come come! A little bit of patience and tolerance here; I've had roughly
200 messages myself from BG, 2/3 of them duplicates, including about 15
re-sends of a new subscriber's message needing approval before
distribution. There was a real threat of losing all the data at the server,
and my guess is that many a list-member whose message was not received by
the server during the 3 1/2 day downtime re-sent their messages more than
once. I don't really KNOW the reasons, but the beast does seem to be
returning from gasping, spitting and high excitement to measured breathing
and more standard sorts of beastly behavior. I really think we ought to be
grateful for the list's survival of the crisis.
