Considering the passage in Isaiah, would changing the colon prior to
‘wilderness' not after as most Greek texts and English translations have
it produce the following?
1:3 A voice is shouting:
"Make ready the way of the Lord in the wilderness,
Make the paths He travels on straight."
If not why not, what am I missing?
