I'm surprised no one has mentioned Dr. Ward Powers' book, "Learn to Read the
Greek New Testament". I received my copy a while ago, and I'm sure Dr.
Powers has more copies for those who want one. He didn't ask for money, but
I suggest that you at least cover his postage, which was substantial in my
case. It has both Beginners and Intermediate Greek and comes with a
workbook that has the "answers" in the back.

The description of the book, which may be found on the back of the textbook
as well as the workbook, is:
"This is a self-teaching guide and classroom textbook which takes complete
beginners in Greek, and leads them right through to where they start reading
the Greek New Testament for themselves - and understanding it."
