Another loose reading of this condition could be the pattern:
LEGW or PHMI (same sentence) Pronoun[deomons]
This pattern produces some examples worth exploring:
Matt. 3:17, 15:7-8, 23:36, Mark 8:12, Luke 11:51
Note that Matt. 23:36 meets several criteria, not just one.
I don't think that syntax is going to answer this question. A speaker can
use "indirection" when addressing a person or a group. The use of the
demonstrative pronoun is just one example of this.
