[b-greek] Wallace on 1Pet 1:6

I understand Wallace, Greek Grammar beyond the Basics, (340)disagrees with
the editors of the NA and USB on their editing on 1Pet 1:3-12. He argues
for one long sentance. No Problem. Can some one clarify what he means by
"double-duty capacity as both RP (relative pronoun) and demontrative". see
last line 1st paragraph under 1pet 1:6. Exactly how does this function in
the sentance?
