Barns&Noble claim to have it in stock.
If you want to teach them ONLY the very basics the inductive method probably
is not the best way to go. The inductive method only makes sense if you are
going to go on and learn to read the language.
Better to get one of the dozens of dumbed down Machen clones for a class
like this. Ray Summer's book used to be the one some people used for classes
like this but there have been so many new titles since it was published that
I am suspect there are even more "basic" text books.
