Microsoft sneezes.....

http://www.news.com/News/Item/0,4,8379,00.html

Citrix shares tumbled $15.625 to $10.625 in heavy
trading, with over 13.8 million shares changing
                hands.

Late Wednesday, Citrix reported that Microsoft said
it was looking to develop multiuser features in its
increasingly popular Windows NT operating system
that would compete with Citrix's WinFrame software
that lets users of multiple computers access Windows
                NT.

That was a sixty percent drop, not 20 as I said earlier.

		but
it has yet to decide if the technology will come from
its own development, from Citrix, or from another
                company.

and they may leave them hanging out to dry, but

Microsoft treasurer Greg Maffei is a member of
Citrix's board of directors, and Microsoft owns an
equity stake of about six percent of Citrix.

so maybe resistance was futile, and all will be assimilated from the
beginning.
