Subject: WSN: water quality issues in power plant sighting

I am interested in characterizing the environmental issue associated with 
the sighting and operation of cogeneration style power plants.   I am 
primarly interested in the water quality and water resources issues,  as 
well potential aquatic/wetland habitat impacts.  I am focusing on California, 
but I am also interested in how other States are addressing these issues.

Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated.
