      SECOND ANNOUNCEMENT :

          The conference includes invited  (40')  and  contributed  (20')  oral
      presentations  and   two   poster   sessions   with   58   contributions
      Post-deadline communications may be accepted as posters  if  send  before
      May 10 and present a real interest. You will find  in  this  message  the
      provisory program of oral presentations. 
          The proceedings  of  the  Meeting  including  invited  lectures,  all
      accepted contributions and  the  discussion  will  be  published  by  the
      American Institute of Physics.
          The registration fee covers sessions with coffee breaks, the book  of
      abstracts, the book  of  proceedings  and  possibility  of  a  low-price
      accomodation in the student residence (one can also book a hotel in Lille
      with easy access (a direct underground line) to the campus.
