I also wrote out in html form where the letters and accents are, including
the special accents for over the iota. There is also a condensed version of
the mapping that prints out on one page. Both Mac and Windows versions
follow the same mapping. I added a fial sigma to the option-s keystroke on
the Mac, which means you don't have to worry about the straight quotes and
smart quotes.
For the mac users, I also uploaded the latest version of PopChar Lite, an
extension that makes it very easy to find the right letter. If there is a
similar program for Windows, let me know and I will upload it as well.
