In my German edition of BDF (in German: BDR, R=Friedrich Rehkopf),
15 th. edition of 1979 the missprint is already corrected ("...
ausser 4,35 16:2 nie nachgestellt..."). The most recent German
Edition of BDR is the 17 th of 1990. (BTW: I'm glad, that Rehkopf
did not say "nimmer" but "nie". The word "nimmer" is rather archaic
in German!)

And the moral of this story:
Be wary of English grammars!
Better use the recent German editions! ;-)
