Articular Noun with Anarthrous Attribute?

I am still wondering about the likelihood of an articular noun having
an anarthrous attribute in the NT. Carl suggested such a dog does
not seem to appear in the Classics, but that it seems to be doing
so in the Koine.

Apart from the contested Rom 1:17 scene, where else does this occur
in the NT? Did I miss this discussion? If so, I apologize.
