What I'll miss about New Farm

I will also miss New Farm magazine. I don't subscribe to any of the
other magazines (except Small Farm Journal), so I don't know if any of
them can be a satisfactory alternative.

I think that I will most miss the of real-life alternative farms. I
am always looking for new ways of farming, especially alternative methods
of marketing crops.

In addition, I will also miss the editorials, descriptions of cover
crops, and news on the alternative agriculture front. I found the
editorials to be generally broad-ranging and from a very realistic
perspective. I think the editor has a knack for seeing isues from a
farmer's perpective. My interest in cover crops probably stems from
my constant search for a good crop rotation, a search (in my mind) in
which _every_ farmer should be involved.

For me, New Farm provided a wealth of practical information in a
single magazine. Many of the other magazines I read have thought-provoking
material, but few provide so much that I can apply directly on the farm.
