follow up

I have a follow up to my "tameion" query:

anyone have any notion as to what the Aramaic word may have been if this
Matthean text is an ipsissima?

To Nichael, the Lukan parallel is interesting, as are the others- but my
question is really focused on the possibility that Jesus is, with a wry
twist of humor, denigrating the Pharisees and their external show of piety.
Real piety is hidden, just like those things we do in the privy.

Best,

Jim
